TO BECOME RELENTLESS, FOCUSED, DISCIPLINED, CONSISTENT, AND UNSTOPPABLE...

...You need momentum.  To create momentum, I recommend focusing on these 4 fundamentals. They will create huge momentum and make massive impact.

There is a rule called the Pareto Principle (a.k.a 80/20 rule). It states that 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. In other words, there are actions that make a bigger impact than others... finding the ones that make MASSIVE IMPACT is key. The basics fall in this category... often just because it is basic, doesn't mean it is easy, but committing to the basics will get you there faster.

For example, in my own resistance training programming... going basic means using "old school" compound movements. Is it easy? No! But being consistent with lifting big, making basics lifts a staple in program design, and progressively challenging my limits is necessary for growth.

Do you want to break new records and go beyond your previous best?

Stick to these 4 Basic Disciplines and watch your results soar:

1. Mindset.
Goal Setting. Get a pen and paper and write out your goals. Nothing fancy needed, just clarity and determination

2. Nutrition.
Eat real food! (NOT Food like substances that were made in a lab and put in a box for your convenience) If your Grandma and Grandpa called it food, its probably ok to eat. Just by eliminating all processed foods, you will see change from that alone!

3. Cardio.
First thing in the morning, take a 10 to 30 minute walk. Starting your day with movement puts your body in a better metabolic state. Do it fasted for more impact.

4. Compound Movements.
Squat, Bench Press, Pull Ups, Lunges, Carries... nothing crazy just basic lifts that should be staples in a fitness program! Too many people are caught up in fancy new exercises... but the timeless foundational movement patterns won't let you down.

Starting your fitness journey can be overwhelming. Remember the above principles, and the 80/20 rule. If you need help, hire me or find a coach or trainer with a proven track record for results.
