This is my go-to signature training program that I utilize in the months leading up to summer. You will always know exactly what you're doing when you walk in the gym. You will build a lean, strong body while shedding body fat and create a mindset and confidence that will help you dominate life.

Total Body Shred is a 6-week progressive overload strength training program with a nutrition protocol that is designed to get you shredded! It includes:

Equipment Required:  This workout was designed for people with gym access.

It can be a great program for a beginner to learn how to do strength training or for an advanced client to get ripped!
